If we’re going by the four classical elementals from Paracelsus, then Sylph and Undine would have been easiest on his eyes I suppose. Gnome, the earth elemental, looks like a smaller dwarf, and he’ll really hate the fire elemental salamander which is a grotesque amphibian that bursts into flames at a whim.
