B) Jealous of our female MC, but doesn't have the guts to interfere?
C) Coworker who's basically just like a public morals comittee president and doesn't want them flirting?

D) Plain ol' stalker?

At this point, I think glasses-girl might just be like Hotdog Guy from the Amazing World of Gumball in the fact that she just appears randomly around them purely by chance and has no greater meaning to the story, but is just kinda there. It's probably not the case, but it would be funny as hell, though. @phil777

Ok, guess my attempt failed. I wanted to show you guys what my version of the "castle-like building" we have over here near my home. But it's all in French, and I can't find a picture I could link. Oh well. It's basically an ice cream shop, with little turrets on the top. Giving it a "castle-like" appearance.
