None of her actions seem to account for a loop and she's consistently surprised by things, so not very likely.

The important part is not wishing for the same thing 9times, its the fact she was allowed in the first place, thats the real question

Sherbet thought "I will save you" back in Ch 20, so I think it's more likely that she wished for Granita's curse to end

Also it seems less to me that Granita is lying to deceive the curse, and more that she's lying to hurt Sherbet into staying away
