Nah, it's actually really easy once you get the hang of it. The trick is to learn slide texting, you can type both one handed and without looking.

I mean it sucks, but it doesn't seem like the explosion is particularly strong. Our MC can only vaguely glow and he looked more annoyed than in pain. I think what happens is that she explodes and everyone else just gets hit by the dust and shockwave that comes from it.

Well, she said 'don't let go' so maybe it would've been fine if she was the one to let go? Or maybe he'd have to keep touching her for amount of time, tho i wonder if it'd work if she'd wear gloves or so versus any kinda physical contact like bumping into each other on the street
