I'm not even sure if the will of the world is the real will of the world. The great spirit has probably the closest connection to it, but the spirit doesn't even know who took it's stone. And it somehow seems strange that the will of the world would use means that don't fit in it.

Don't want to rant, but it's not going to be easy. 'Ere we go...
Simply put, the MC is a mecha otaku of such idiocy that he essentially creates a mecha arms race on his own and never once considers that what he's creating (Fact Nº1) are essentially war machines of mass destruction, not even when his then latest prototype got stolen by an evil empire and mass produced to fuel a continental war of conquest that killed thousands of innocent people. In fact, his response to said war was to develop even stronger mechas to fight them. Even more, when he defeated the enemy Dangerous Ace PrototypeTM (a mecha dragon which had turrets based on his designs, which offended him because "they're not mechas") he took its core and he was seeing at it with starring eyes despite it core being near-uncontrollable, extremely unstable and pilot-corrupter.

All because he's a mech otaku livin' the dream and god forbid these people know restraint of any kind. groan
