It tends to have ups and downs, the latest raw is peak.I Really loved the opening arc of Shy, it was my absolute favorite of the whole thing and was this amazing Plateau I'd found so amazing.
I was not a fan of the Ninja arc I felt it dragged on for longer than it should have considering it's placement in the manga.
I've enjoyed things here and there little moments of good characters and interesting decisions
But none of it really felt like it reached that original peak I'd loved so much, just kinda felt like I'd seen the best the story had and was just kinda trailing along for a good story that had made me feel all the huge emotions it was going to.
I'm so glad I was wrong. I finally got that feeling again and I'm so glad I've kept reading along with this for that moment.

I feel the overall plot writing in this series is hit-and-miss, but all of the character writing and dialogue is consistently great. The mangaka does a great job of building up to and delivering emotional moments through the dialogue and art.Okay, that was good. That panel with her biting her lip to hold back tears really got me. There were a lot of questionable writing decisions in this arc, but now that we're here, I won't deny the emotional impact. Now let's hope it wraps up quickly because the arc fatigue is real.
