Site Update - 16th of Nov 2024

Hi all, an update of the site just went live, with the following changes.

• The seasonal titles list was updated for Fall 2024 (which was quite overdue...!)
• Multiple chapter languages were added: Afrikaans, Basque, Belarusian, Chuvash, Irish, Javanese, Urdu, Uzbek.
• For some self-published titles, there's now on the title page a button linking to options to support the artist(s).
• The color picker of the custom theme builder has been improved.

As always, this includes some invisible changes as well, and a couple of bug fixes:

• Upload of zip files with uppercase file extensions were wrongly rejected.
• The edit button on some pages overlapped with error-related items.
• When going to the next "page" in long strip mode, the reader snaps to the top of the page if misaligned scrolling-wise.

Finally, we are reenabling the support campaign for a couple of days. It's been a while and some of us have been busy away from MD, so we thank you all for your patience, and for now hope you enjoy your weekend!

Hola a todos, acabamos de publicar una nueva actualización de la página e incluye los siguientes cambios:

• Se actualizó la lista de títulos de temporada para Otoño 2024 (lo cual ya era bastante necesario...!)
• Se añadieron varios idiomas para los capítulos: afrikáans, euskera, bielorruso, chuvash, irlandés, javanés, urdu y uzbeko
• Para algunos títulos autopublicados, ahora hay un botón en la página del título que enlaza con opciones para apoyar a los artistas
• El selector de color del creador de temas personalizados ha sido mejorado

Como siempre, también se incluyen algunos cambios invisibles y un par de correcciones de errores:

• Se rechazaban incorrectamente los archivos .zip con extensiones de archivo en mayúsculas
• El botón de edición en algunas páginas se solapaba con elementos relacionados con errores
• Al pasar a la "página" siguiente en el modo de tira larga, el lector se desplaza hacia la parte superior si el desplazamiento está desalineado

Finalmente, estamos reactivando la campaña de apoyo por un par de días. Ha pasado un tiempo y algunos de nosotros hemos estado ocupados fuera de MD, así que os agradecemos a todos por vuestra paciencia, y por ahora esperamos que disfrutéis del fin de semana!

Refer to this thread; I don't think the system supports it, but you can set up a subscription and then immediately cancel it after the payment goes through.

This fix is most noticeable when changing chapters: now you should always be at the top of the first page when you change chapters.

Write a bug report
Try to include as much info as possible:

• Browser
• Browser version
• OS
• Your screen resolution
• Reproduction steps
• A video or gif (if possible)

I had instances where the 5th or 7th page loaded first and despite that the reader was still on the first page.

Huh. I thought it was a feature that was supposed to bypass title pages but it was just janky and borked and scrolled randomly to a page that was "deemed the first relevant".
