Have one girl move water to a location where only Frieren and her team knows, while the other freezes the main lake and makes it unusable to all the other teams. While the other teams have to roam to catch their bird, Frieren's team now has a bird monopoly. EHEHEHEHEHE

Hm... now I wonder how Team Four captured that stille. Maybe they didn't use magic. Maybe they did, there's various options there too. One would be to use some sort of super-Haste to buff your speed and reactions so much you can just walk to the bird before it becomes aware. Another would be the opposite, stop time and grab it. Yet another would be to throw a large enough spherical barrier and then squeeze it smaller and throw it in the cage. Or cast sleep on it, it probably has shitty hit dice so it won't have good chances to make the saving throw.
