For some reason the two couples in this set of chapters made me think of that Trading Spouses show. Maybe because despite all four of them having been in the same place until now, they weren't really interacting with each other in that specific configuration very much if at all. At the least I don't think we even saw art teach and younger childhood friend so much as greet each other?

Actually, coming out for a model isn't as bad as in some other careers (It is still hard tho). It may even get you more gigs as some studios may look for you because you are of said sexuality.
