On what grounds,though?

The first four chapters have that clear undertone of the implication,but the one here is far less clear.

Sleepings pills?,someone has insomnia,dog food?,someone has a dog,condoms?,someone has a significant other.

The real punchline is her reacting like that for someone who is innocent until proven guilty,compared to her subdued reactions to much,much more suspicious and shady behaviour.
