It's a concept in Western fine dining cuisine that cheese and fish don't go together to the point where it's generally stated as a matter of course, but the Filet-O-Fish at McDonald's is super popular.I like cucumber but not seafood...i feel like cheese would already be too strong to pair with fish let alone gorgonzola...You'd think even 'upper class ppl' might've heard of pocari or at least the waiter. tho someone in her line of work might need to keep some nausea/stomach pills on them at all time
yay glasses guy

I'm looking forward to when the side casts meet each other and the eating and drinking gets upped a notch. 😆I am really enjoying the recurring side cast.
Thanks for the TL work as always.
I agree with the spirit, and I myself have tried some unholy pairings, but white fish with Gorgonzola is plainly derangedThe concept of not pairing certain ingredients together is based off the logic of "I've never eaten these together, that's weird so I won't do it..." in other words it's lack of adventurous spirit! Eat random things together either regret or rejoice your choices after! At some point you get a feel for what sort of unlikely foods actually pair well with each other.
