@Kyujyu You don't discipline an annoying 6 year-old child by abusing them, daily. He gets physical abuse from his sister and his dad. He also gets emotional abuse from his mother, and every single servant/subject besides the cook. Fuck the people around Al, they're mostly trash in humanoid form.

Does the people around him is shit? Yes. Does he himself doing anything to improve the situation? No.
Do you need to take it all seriously? He does not and so do you.

Like, pretty much every. single. chapter. The reason he hasn't done anything about it, is because he desires a "slow life". Why am I still reading the comment section knowing everybody will just complain about MC being abused. MC is not being abused ffs, the whole interactions are akin to brother hitting a brother (sister in this case). Yes its physical but its WHOLESOME, MC got annoyed by it hence why he kept complaining, but he doesnt hate it. Not every physical relationship is a goddamn abuse.

If you people really want those super wholesome, hand holding, head patting slowlife kind of manga then read Kamitachi ni Hirowareta Otoko.

@cor3zone Just whining about it and never taking any action is not considering it as a problem.
Sure he whines every chapter but never think seriously on how to solve it, its not like he can't, he just never bothered to try to solve it in the first place.
I mean if he really wanted a slow life without his abusing family, he would collect money (I think he already have a sum with all the recipe and reversi sold) and move out somewhere far away asap.
And he never took action against his sister because he don't want attention? If thats true he would never show off any fancy magic and introduce otherworld things to the populace.

Conclusion: If you ever want MC to somehow get back at his shitty family, just stop reading. It will never happen.

@Nakanowatari When said sister leaves a lasting mark, completely unprovoked might I add, and his mother simply laughs, it's fucking abuse. Let me guess, you don't think his father sending him flying, thus knocking him unconscious, just because Al used an old nickname his father actually had at one point, qualifies as abuse either?

@Kyujyu Yeah, he made money with his 'inventions'. And IIRC, all of it was taken by his household, not controlled by him personally. And yes, he never took action against anyone because he doesn't want to stick out. It's one thing to show off what amounts to party tricks, it's another entirely to show you're capable of taking out a trained fighter with a single spell. He doesn't want to fight. If he deals with his sister, which would require force given her personality, it would show he has ridiculous war potential. So he would probably be forced into combat training, probably some military academy.
