The BBCode spoiler tag does not work in the User Profile/Biography Section
Steps to reproduce:

[li]Go to your settings page[/li]
[li]In the biography section, wrap some text or an image with spoiler tags[/li]
[li]Save the changes[/li]
[li]Navigate to your public profile page[/li]
[li]Click the spoiler button[/li]
[/ul]
Expected result: Button-click reveals hidden text or image
Actual result: Nothing happens
