Masturbating many times isnt what determines how innocent they are though. Both have matured significantly thanks to each other's influence. Thats in addition to Anna's work already exposing her to more of the world and accelerating her growing up and Ichikawa already being prone to maturing faster than average cause of his quirks. They both default to putting the other one before themselves and have worked through more issues than most modern couples in University. They regularly push each other to be better versions of themselves and I love it.

But theyre Still too young. Neither of them can properly take responsibility for the other if anything happens and neither can deal with the consequences if they get found out. They can probably handle the emotional side of things just fine if they do it and keep it private, but they cannot handle anything else outside of their own personal emotions with each other.
