This schedule works out to her drawing only 2/3 of a page per day. That is the most leisurely workflow I've heard of for anyone in any profession. No one expects her to overwork herself, but she could at least do a full page.

That's pretty normal for a mangaka now, 14 to 24 pages a month. The industry has moved to a micro chapter milking model. Some artists work on multiple projects a month so they are actually really busy, and approach the older standard of 50 to 70 pages, but it's not on a single manga usually.

Most younger artists could not have survived drawing 60 pages a month on paper, and not being able to digitally copy and paste stock scenes from previous chapters with minor edits to facial expressions like artists do today. But, to be fair, a lot of older artists have been more than happy to work less now, and to stretch simple story arcs out for years as a result.
