Off-Topic, but some website which rated Manga thought One Piece was Ecchi. It has it's moments but, it's nowhere close to that one Ecchi Anime I forgot the name of with that one chick with the deer tail and the other with the weird hat, and mechanical things-- I've... Said too much!
