There are some interesting things going on here but the foremost antagonist(s) really outstay their welcome due to being... incomprehensible. I have no idea what the author was thinking here but it's hard to be invested when we have other isekais that do each individual thing being done here, better.
I wouldn't mind except what is the point of it all? Setting aside the overarching plot issue, this work is riddled with cases of the minor plot points progressing in seemingly arbitrary, or rather contrived, ways. A coincidence or two can be overlooked but if I lose confidence in there ever being a proper plan I can only be disappointed.
