I may be wrong, but shouldn't she use the crutch on the other arm? to support the bad leg better
Common misconception. If you are using one crutch it goes on the side of the good leg and used in tandem with the bad leg to provide balance vs full support. If you can't put any weight on your bad leg you should be using two crutches. The author made a separate tweet today correcting last week's mistake which had been pointed out to her.

It really looks like the way she's not using her leg that she should be using two crutches.

I thought so too, but we'll give the mangaka a break this time. Aya offered her shoulders so things are ok til Koga figures out how to use it right.
You would figure that would be the doctor's job to make sure their patient is using it correctly before they leave.
