Just a quick note on the title: "dekiru" in this context (or any other, I don't think) wouldn't translate into "deceitful". Rather, given the context of how good the cat is at chores, means that the cat is good at what it does. I would have translated the title as "The Masterful Cat is Depressed Again Today" or "The Skillful Cat".

It's called "the masterful cat is depressed again" (I have the physical manga, so like I have an official one)
