Holy shit that's fucking malicious, hahaha! Sneak through an undermanned camp full of sick people, poison some, and get some info out of the higher rank officers. Conceptually simple, but still somehow surprising.

Undermanned means easy to sneak into, killing soldiers through poison is hard to detect in that situation, and tricking people is way easier when their minds are clouded by sickness.

They also don't rely on just what one person said but cross-check it with other officers to make sure they got it right, so if one sick person just slur nonsense or something wrong, they can kinda filter the wrongs out
