The translation being this shit doesn't help, but the story itself is nonsensical. Like when the hell did he get a mech arm???? From context clues I can infer that it came from the watch and it's probably a result of absorbing the soul stone, but goddamn why the hell did they not even show MC's reaction or just telling the readers about it at all, no mention of it anywhere damn.
