I would have axed it if I was in charge, this is clearly standard japanise rehash at this point, especially every action of the MC is just the standard copy paste of how other isekais have shown their MCs react to otherworld travel (aka sissy mode +harem seek +stupidly walking into danger).
Also there's no feeling of plot after the thing at the start, like how would any of that matter in the world so many years later.
