Might not be intentionally faking it. For someone who doesn't know the effect of alcohol, they could act what they imagine alcohol would make them do.

I don't think she's faking it. It's a generally accepted comedy trope to have someone be such a lightweight that they become drunk by an impossibly small amount of alcohol like a single liqueur chocolate. It doesn't make real world sense but this is a silly comedy manga so it doesn't have to.
