I would assume non-villainess story would be from the PoV of the other female character who would not be living in the same household to witness this. & Who knows the level of information travel and/or spy network to facilitate rumor/background info to understand. Doubt he can act like this in public.

Brother, the collection of poopy male leads are too many i feel like this guy is still considered normal if we recall some waaay other actual male leads.
