Three girls in an empty city

I really hope I don’t have dementia or something, but I recall reading a manga about three girls in a city where there were no other people. I recall there being some weird creatures in the dark and one of the girls had some sort of gem.

Does anyone know what manga this is and can they link it?

I've not read it yet (been on my list for ages, never got round to it) but could it be Coppelion? It's got 3 girls in an abandoned city, but I don't know about the other things.
