Look, this type of premise (Second Chance/time loop/time travel) is like my guilty pleasure, but this first chapter and the synopsis couldn't have been more barebones.
This is easily one of the most generic Second Chance premises I have ever seen. Literally no hook or interesting worldbuilding was presented, the first chapter feels like it was crossing off the checklist of the most generic Second Chance tropes and presented literally nothing else of note.

I am predicting it will also be a generic power fantasy since he can use the super rare & OP time magic from the start.
And I don't even want to bother picking apart the holes in the premise that the first chapter didn't even bother addressing in its exposition (although it could explain them later idk) ...

I just sometimes wonder why anyone would make such a generic first chapter, or why anyone would bother reading past a first chapter like this one. (unless this is their first Second Chance story)*

*: If you've just discovered the Second Chance trope and it interests you, you can easily find something better.
If you go to novelupdates, they have a tag for it. There's like a thousand of them. And if you only wanna read comics, you can filter results by adding the "adapted to/from Manga/Manhwa/Manhua" tag to see if it has a comic version, there's hundreds of those.
Just sort by rating and then look it up on Mangadex.

Generic AF with no life in it of its own at all. As they stated, its only good if you have very low exposure to this genre. If thats the case then given the 1 and only chapter I have read (since there was only 1 chapter yesterday) there is not enough information to conclude it is bad. However, it couldn't be any more lifeless/unoriginal in the 1 chapter that is supposed to hook you, so.... I wouldn't expect much from this author.

I've enjoyed this so far. What happens after the 5th chapter could make or break it. I'm excited to find out how this plays out. The Demon King makes a ton of sense in this one going after the hero the moment he wakes up.

Thank God for mangaupdates and novelupdates for having the "Dense Protagonist" tag so that I can avoid junk like these

Maybe its somehow appropriate that I'm getting a major sense of deja vu that I've read this before. Cant really figure out where or when or how I would have though.
Or maybe its just that it is a rather common setup in general with other fantasy/reincarnation/timeloop stories

tbh i find travel-back-in-time utterly boring since most of them try to establish facts without ever announcing them beforehand. there's always this character or that situation never mentioned before that suddenly becomes the plot progression for the current chapter or arc. i doubt this one will make it differently, thus expecting a mediocre trip.

The story is generic, and the start of the story is straight up unbearable with its start - Extremely generic.
Powerful without any path to power, check. One-track motivation that might as well be forgotten as the story goes on, check. Story that loses its steam past chapter 5, check.
But yet, that's not what makes this hard to read, that is caused by the confusing layout and movement dynamics. You know manga has a good sense of movement/layout when you don't become confused by who is standing where. This manga is not like that.
I don't recommend it.
