@monochrome_scholar I had that in a Japanese food restaurant long time ago. It's like toasted bread but only the crust, and the rest of the bread are cut into pieces like croutons and put inside the crust, topped with a shitload of sweets (in my case honey and ice cream).
Damn I miss that restaurant.

EDIT: maybe what tsukasa and nasa have is the stacked variant so it looks like a box. But the idea is still the same
