Mandatory retirement ages.
Yes, I understand the rationale, to allow those younger an opportunity to enter the activity when there are fewer positions available than there are interested parties.
That was a major part of the rationale behind establishing Social Security in the US, to get the older folks out of the workforce so that positions were available for those younger; otherwise, they couldn't afford to not work.
So, yeah, undermining this is not a good idea.

But that doesn't really pertain in this instance, in regard to demonstrating the dance.
Especially since she is being allowed to assist in instructing in the first place.
That it is OK to demonstrate part of the dance, but not the complete dance, is ludicrous, makes no sense at all!

I should recognize by now that so much that we do, individually and as groups, when viewed from outside makes no logical sense.
