Lowkey, I've debated dropping the translation and I've been struggling to find the motivation to continue this series, hence why uploads have slowed down a lot.
The reason I picked up Watanare was because a lot of people on Discord were sad this series wasn't getting translated and since I really liked the series, I wanted to revive the manga for the community. But yeah, for the past, 5-6 chapters, it's just been people hating on this series which makes me wonder... why am I translating this if everyone hates it?
I'm maybe, 2 chapters away from the Japanese Release? Once I catch up, I think I'll have to decide if I actually continue this series because I don't know anymore. Especially since now fans can just pick up the Official volumes when they eventually came out

Don't let a vocal minority sway you too much. There are a lot of people like me who just don't use these comment sections and are fully enjoying the series. I find that too many of the people who frequent these are either a bit too unstable to bother having a conversation with or just want instant gratification in their stories. That aside, I really appreciate the translations.

I was reading on niconico, when this scene happened I dropped the series, i only reread it translated to see if i understood right what they were saying because my japanese level is low, but yeah, this trope sucks, it only degrades the story.

That's ok. Kaho got so little screen time recently I forgot about her. Now I'm even more excited for the next volume.

One would think that the chances of trains and ships colliding would be extremely low, but somehow trains still often sink ships as best they can.
(That said, I do believe that Ajisai indeed intentionally timed her likely-to-be-confession so that the train would drown it out. Still annoying though, much like Renako this girl needs some backbone with a healthy dose of selfishness.)

The constant low quality overused cliché are quite hard to bear. The story does a good job, we get good chapter with nice character developpement, then author go full retard and put the worst cliché. And it's always time in a way that nearly spoil all the good things that were before.

Like in this chapter, author should just have not made Ajisai say anything if she didn't want to be heard. He could have done plenty of things that would not include another useless cliché.

Great work can easily be damaged by the abuse of this kind of things.

At which point people being pissed at low quality overused cliché fit any of these criteria? A forum is made to talk, people come here to talk about the story. And the fact that people like you find the need to come here to insult people instead of their argument is weird.
If people say nonsense why not just use the mighty power of logic to make counter argument as to why this chapter's ending is actualy super duper great?
