Basically when they're having lunch Misha asked Rei if she's homosexual and and she said she thinks she is. Rei said she doesn't like men and that she only wants to support Claire by helping her getting closer to Sein (she wants Claire to be happy). Misha tries to explain to Claire that Rei and every homosexuals won't just go around assaulting people, that they're just like others and that Claire should stop reacting like she always does when Rei approaches her.
A bit later some bullies are saying bad stuff about Rei (about her sexual orientation) and everyone can hear them so Claire just go and drops water on them, defending Rei.
At the end Rei asks Claire: "You hate me, right?" Claire blushes and that's the end of the chapter.
This is more or less what happens, there is more stuff going on of course. I hope I gave you a general idea.
