It seems like Meng Meng is just messing with Qiu Qiu, but I see this kind of sentiment all the time both in media and sometimes irl. To be clear, one's sexual "needs" are truly, genuinely not difficult to handle even when strongly felt. Anyone trying to use that to pressure someone or as an excuse for wrongdoing is just being disingenuous.
