He did try that at least once already, on a dead body. He found he could target it with his powers, but could not restore it to life. A living human though... I don't think he'd dare to do that, unless some truly desperate situation forces his hand.

@Harry_Dong Apparently he was the suspicious guy who tried to take advantage of Sun during a festival, but failed so spectacularly and was punished so humilliatingly that no further action was needed, specially once it was made clear that after his initial failure his threat level had diminished to a mere annoyance, so he was let go with bruised ego, broken bones, splintered bones and crushed balls.

Unlike what the chat thinks, murder shouldn't be the default option for everything.
