For a moment there I thought the Alien (Xenomorph) popped out of the old guy in the last page.
Turns out they were just his dentures. 😐

Not picked up. I think there's a fourth doujinshi in this series but I've never seen it.

I have this chapter as a paper publication, bought from a manga store in Tokyo over a decade ago. I scanned it in after I got it but I decided back then that it would be too much work to translate given some of the texts are hand-written. Seeing someone else whose grasp of English wasn't the best using phone manga screencaps as a basis for scanlating the chapter was frankly painful enough to get me to park my butt in my chair and do it myself. I had planned to just use the other guy's translation but as usual I ended up going down various rabbitholes to look stuff up, like Yomeishu, the herbal tonic which is a real thing, and I decided to do the whole thing from scratch.
