Sure as hell doesn't feel like it. Their arc is boring as hell. He manned up enough to ask her out then immediately regressed back into being a coward. Inuyama and Toyoda made more progress and they aren't even the protags.
Yeah, I get it, his progress is slow, but that’s to be expected. It’s a weekly slow burn. The Seto's arc is far from over, and he’s basically a stumbling buffoon who takes three steps forward and two steps back, but still, that’s one step forward. He’s trying to figure out what he wants from life, what he wants from his relationship with Anna, how to help Anna accomplish her dreams, what his place is in those dreams, and how to balance everything, his desires, his expectations, his mistakes. Also, let’s be honest, he’s a lot better than in the early chapters. He may not be the most confident person in the story, but he’s making progress.
