The fact that the author himself posted a twit regarding his lower viewership tell us that people just didn't like the addition of the osanajimi. Personally I couldn't care less, story is quite cute. However, numbers do speak. I like the story and the author is free to draw what he wants. But honestly , I want him to at least complete the R18 from this series before he drops it.

That sucks ass. It makes me wonder what the story's direction would've been like if her addition was well-received.

Too many writers these days seem to really enjoy adding unnecessary drama in their otherwise fluffy, wholesome series.

IMO I think its partly due to Twitter tanking as whole thanks to mehlon and partly due to the retcon of the additional character's nature directly harm the series

Also speaking of the new character, she clearly miss the memo that holding hand is the lewdest act a couple can do and should be banned in public.
