I'm still thinking that the worst twist to shove on the guy (And I don't mean story wise, I mean in terms of screwing with the MC) is that after he just completed the conquest as the villain, that he switches over to the MC and now has to re-conquer the girls and stop the MC from being NTR'd by his own actions.

But who knows, maybe we'll see a time skip?
