I don't understand how anyone would assume that Harris would look at Tiana like a daughter. The only reason he even kept her is because he spent good money on her and that would be wasted if he returned or got rid of her, so he decided to keep her and develop her into his type of woman, essentially. This was never going to be a father-daughter dynamic. There is literally nothing here to even give that impression, and the synopsis clearly states his attraction to her.
