@Chizan the three (and a half) factions are basically:
Noble necromancer group: The necromancers who have been ruling the world secretly until now, now being stereotypically evil and killing everyone. Survive from eating humans iirc so they can live while the gate's closed
Four Duke group: Want necros+humans to coexist, so they want to take over and rule to make it happen. But in the process, to exist necromancers need mana from the gate, so they're going to keep the gate open, which will kill a lot of humans with low mana (touka) from mana poisoning
Anri: Doesn't want anybody to die, so she needs the gate to be closed, meaning all the necros have to go back to hell. She thinks as long as she's on Touka's side, he wouldn't have the heart to lock her in hell with other necros, so she joins the Four Duke group.
Touka group: Wants necros+humans to coexist so they can live peacefully with Anri, but have no idea how to do it. They'll figure it out later.

You are a bit wrong with Anri's side.
She actually WANT to GET sealed along with other necromancers.
If Touka see her as enemy, then he can seal her without hesitant. This is Anri's way to self-sacrifice.
That's why she changed side to necromancer.

@Borderline Right, I get that, and mentioned it in my post too, but maybe it wasn't clear. For Anri I mentioned "She thinks as long as she's on Touka's side, he wouldn't have the heart to lock her in hell with other necros", meaning that in her plans where everyone lives, she'd have to be sealed in hell too (obviously, because she's a necro also, and would die if she wasn't in hell), but she knows that if she sided with Touka, he wouldn't let her do it. Which is why she sides with the other necros, and is the same thing as you're saying.

So for those wondering, the Adventures/ mercenary (or at very least the chick with the crossbow arm, and three cut scare over the eye) didn't die, so basically other than the npc guard's the mohawk guy killed, no one died in this battle, just loss some dignity, and fulfilling the towns name lloll
