Maybe not in battle, but she's like the world's ultimate spymaster and the world has information concealment magic. She might be able to make Alice disappear so hard not even the goddess of creation can find her, at least for a while.

Which leads me to the main question so far, the cases in which supernatural beings have attempted to harm or kidnap him are more than one, yet he wastes money on a necklace, books and a calculator(ok, calculator is an investment, still not a priority) but not on a magical barrier device, or offensive automated wands that can fire offensive spells, nor something simple like an enchanted crossbow, smoke bombs, sleeping darts or a simple dagger. Seriously, during him being carried by Alice he had minutes with the perfect position out of her line of sight to take a dagger out of his Spatial Box and stab her, or a sleeping dart coated in non-lethal sleeping poison to puncture her back.
