Ahh, so I guess that speculation before that "Lapis" is Aurora posing as Lapis, and the original Lapis was murdered by the Commoner Movement when they were children is looking more likely huh? Because that was totally an "I loved my sister so I keep her room exactly as it was when she died to not let go of her memory" room, wasn't it? I feel like in an earlier chapter we might have seen "Lapis" brooding on that sunshelf too?

Also one thing I don't think I saw others theorise about on earlier chapters while going over to check the first few for that sunshelf-brood-scene... when she's lecturing Natori for jumping in, there's a panel of presumably past-"Lapis" with bloody hands over her sister's corpse before present-"Lapis" laments not being able to protect Natori... so yep, looking more and more like "Lapis" is actually Aurora, not wanting to put Natori in harms way and risking her death if she fails to protect someone she loves again...
