If I had to guess—based on many years of anime and manga—only one female student will. She'll be the one who sat atop the food chain of the high school as the strongest fighter, and is madly in love with the MC because either (a) he was the first person in her life to treat her as a girl instead of a warrior or (b) he defeated her in a fight at some point and she had resolved to marry the man who could best her. She shows up on the island because she heard he was missing and will go to the ends of the earth to find her beloved.

He, of course, has no idea about any of this and either thinks they're just friends or believes she actively dislikes him because she's so awkward about it.

Still is strange because the elf girl is basically a caster that uses the world's mana to cast spells mostly. In a dragon case she should revert to her original form aka dragon form instead of her human form unless they pull the excuse of "human form is more mana economic than my original form" which is kinda ankward.

Also not mentioning that usually dragons have their own (huge) magic reserves and she should be fine even in a manaless world unless she goes all out but even so should last for a while before running out of steam

She says dragonkin, not dragon, so I assume there are no/few pure blooded dragons anymore (maybe that's part of the political tensions?), and they're just using mana to awaken their ancestral blood.
