Pg. 10 is a redraw from the scene in the first chapter (prologue), interestingly, Nodoka’s proportion is not as bonkers as she was shown two pages back. Inflating bust size aside, her face (head) is drawn smaller in pg. 8 (present time) vs. pg. 10 (a redraw of a slightly past event).

I would like to hear Ritz’s thoughts on these choices since both arts are current, so they were done by choice (and not the art changing over time).

That just means boob growth is canon. They quadrupled in size in-universe, too.

Bust size inflation in this series is, at this point, expected. Head size deflation the other hand, I did not expect.

Maybe it got sucked by the busts as they grow.

Everybody talking about Nodoka’s development, but what about AWAI!? Girl went from completely flat when we first met her to arguably growing larger than Nodoka… also waiting till April sucks

If I ignore the boobs of the character that keep growing every time I read it, this chapter is quite big leap in character growth from Saki. Going from being forced to play by her family (and lose her new year money from losing and scolded from wining), to reluctantly play it to get along with Nodoka and friend, to indifferent feeling during personal tournament plot, to some enjoyment from fighting Koromo, and finally she admit she love it after so many years (story wise it wasn't that long, but my time waiting for each chapter make this feels like very long overdue progress ).
