It truly is quite remarkable, how the entire story is essentially setting up a problem, and then info dumping asspulled gameplay mechanics, lore, items, etc, to resolve the problem.

Nothing much about the characters, living in the world, or any other personal connection.
This is a "What if.." nerd out, hyper-fixation on "clearing the game" sort of narrative.
I'm sure these sort of stories have an audience, but I'd be damned if I'd go through info dumps about the setting, just so the MC can "exploit" something, and "win", 10k words later.

Hmmm well the characters are all well designed and drawn, the females are attractive and the main (or not so main?) character seems a little generic but in a safe sort of way, hes not overly obnoxious so far or reaping what his OP status can bring purely for pleasure but thwarting a major plot point (his demise).

Can't say i'll remember this one, but so far I don't hate it.
