Well, physical & sexual torture is usually the fastest way to break someone.

But because of the spirit/fairy's blessing, no one can touch her in any way that physically harms her.

So, the only thing left to do is mental torture, which is effective but usually slow.

Ana is going to face more mental torture now before MC is able to rescue her.

I don't remember them being killed off. I remember the "Heroine" being captured and basically turned into a sex slave.
As for the Prince don't really remember it properly be he wasn't killed either, but does get in a lot of trouble during war later on, after Ana's father declares his regions independence and creates a new Kingdom, and because of MC's presence, no neighbourong nation dare to harm the new Kingdom, but they do attack the old Kingdom.

No, they are going to mentally torture more to break her, like providing her with false info of her father dying and even MC being killed-off along with various other info.

Well the Empire kidnapped her not to physically exploit her, but rather to turn her into a mind-controlled witch-knight commander to uses as a weapon in their upcoming war.
I mean, as per Heroine's & MC's info, Ana is supposed to return as the final boss in the game, after being exploited and manipulated by the Empire.

On the otherhand, we should have already known that Ana would remain untouched after she received the Spirit/Fairy blessings.

In prisons, it is mostly used for days, at most weeks if I'm not wrong. One full year of this might make her go literally crazy. But I'm pretty sure she won't stay there that long; the MC will probably find her before a year has passed I think.
