no hold up, that kinda go hard. I can always appreciate gains, sir. Hopefully that means they're getting stronger.

Still get whooped by Van though. hah. Anyways, I very much hope the author gets well soon. I've heard nightmares about those.

rip yasuhisa-sensei, kidney stones suck (or so i hear, i drink water.) get well soon!
Um...You realize that water is one of the sources from where the 'stones' come from, right?

Kidney stones are largely occurring when a person does not go to the toilet frequently enough, giving the time to the minerals accumulated in the bladder to build up and stick together. By not going frequently enough, the liquid is also reabsorbed all the while more minerals are introduced into the bladder, so their concentration grows until it reaches a point that there's not enough unsaturated liquid for them to dissolve in. What you drink is secondary and can only speed up the process if it is heavy in minerals. But other than some health issues, only your toilet habits decide whether or not you do grow the stones.

So...go pee as soon as possible when you feel the urge, or go even without the urge if you haven't peed for a while. Drinking a lot to make you pee more will offer more liquid to dissolve the minerals in to clean the urinary tract, as well.

The worst pain I've felt in my entire life.

Also how I discovered that I'm allergic to fentanyl; at least I know I'll never become addicted to it.

The morphine they gave me after that barely touched the pain.
I get them about every 18 months. My kidneys hate me for some reason.

Daaaangggg. That sucks.

I only had 1 really big one in August 2018. I've tried to be careful since then with avoiding things known to contribute to kidney stones as well as increasing daily fluid intake. My dad would get them every 4-5 years. I'm approaching 7 years at this point.
