The thing I hate the most about these troupes is the training part. 100 years, 200 years, 1000 years, heck, 1 million years. Ffs most of it just feels, unearned. People went crazy just from days of solitary confinement, so going years and years doing nothing but training is one heck of an achievement. But not like this, not without consequences. If anything most of the "training" they do are nothing but literally nepotism.

in a manga there is a woman whose skill is sewing.. and she is feared because she can sew everything in her path.. also people. so sewing a very angry bear to a noble leader.. no problem for her.

Found it, it’s bad tho, like guy gets a s-rank skill (same trope that they get appraised by the priest) and goes to the king and trains and shit but then spawns a tiny lizard (which obviously is secretly the mythical dragon also loli who calls mc mama) and gets exiled and builds his town with dungeon making game mechanics on the back of another mythical dragon
