Honestly this manga is really mid right now. It's just a bunch of shallow evil people being mean to the ML so the MC can come in and save him. It doesn't feel like this story has any core theme tying it together.

Try to decipher and think about the plot, come up with theories about what's actually going on. That's what we're doing and we enjoy the story plenty because of it. (Not trying to start a argument or being passive aggressive this is actually advice for if you want to enjoy the story)
