So MC went berserk after seeing his two siblings, and they just... didn't notice? Like the story says he lost control of himself but also absolutely nothing happened - like he didn't attack them, nobody besides steel guy got hurt and he didn't get in trouble for breaking school property either. His steel friend also has full trust in him, so it's not like it affected their relationship either.

What was the point of those four pages from last chapter, besides telling us the siblings are attending the school (which we already would've guessed) and providing a cheap cliffhanger?

Oh. We got the ultra hyper genki ADHD girl with ultra speed. So, next chapter, we get to see that she's also very PON and lacking in some common sense, or we get to see she's more sly and intelligent then she lets on?

Just a few guesses.

The world building for this story was shaky from the start but I think this deals some pretty significant damage to it. What I mean by the world building being shakey is that that Elk isn't the strongest being in the world and to get his skill into a powerful enough state to be used for combat he had to train for 2000 years. This implies that regardless insensitivity of the training the skill only improves a little bit at a time. At some point in this story he will need to become a lot stronger but the very premise says he should not be able do that within a reasonable human length time frame. The goddess's realm should also be a significant better training environment with significantly better training than on earth so his growth should actually be slower than the time skip.

The rampage calls into question what exactly the training he was doing. If it's possible for skills to rampage then you would think the goddess should have included dealing with that in Elk's training. Elk's hatred also isn't really well established because he's never been shown to be particularly angry about them before. But he hears their voices and just goes crazy? Poor setup. Should've included more instances of him having angry outbursts about his family to more firmly establish him as the kind of person who would go out of control in these circumstances.

So that goofy edgy power at the end of the previous chapter was actually real and not just a delusion, huh. Makes me now wonder how LITERALLY NOBODY ELSE THAT WAS PRESENT managed to see that outside of our metal bro. Fine is a fun new character too, what with her yapping at mach 11 and going at her own pace without coming off as a pretentious brat or an idiot. I feel like she's gonna be a good addition to the cast.

But the dumbest thing is...
In this world Telekinesis is REALLY the WEAKEST skill.

Because he trained it for 2000 years to reach this point. 2000 YEARS!

We can assume that any other skill would have made him the strongest in a fraction of the time. So when his family harassed him for his skill? Yes, they're human trash. But they were in fact correct, in THIS world telekinesis is the weakest skill....

I must check if MC had gone berserker in the novel, the chapters I read were sparse but he was always collected, when dealing with his siblings even more, cold revenge.
I believe the mangaka added it, that is very stupid and makes MC look like a kid, impulsive and with obvious weakpoints.
The battle arc was present in the novel, and it was early, I don't recall the girl around the story but maybe she had little parts, I thought it was individual matches, even possible that is another change, just to not make MC a loner, sadly we see he will still become a chuuni from the black assassin garb (that he doesn't need).
Checked the novel
MC didn't go berserker at all in the novel, it seems like he didn't even cross his siblings there, but when he faced them in the school battle he was calm.
So is a mistake of the manga, and I call it a mistake because it made it look like he was prone to lose himself in his rage, his power is literally from the mind and he trained for 2000 years for not going against his own word, he losing it for that was adamage to the character we know.
Note for the future, no one believes his skill is telekinesis because is largely know that is a "miss" skill, it can only attract objects to the user, soon skill evolution/level will be introduced in the plot, it means when a user of a skill breaks through the next level and is another reason no one believes MC and think he is bluffing to keep it hidden, as knowing a skill would make someone able to create a counter to it, anyway, the max skill level for telekinesis is 10, is a know stop on it, is not that all users reached that and couldn't progress, is the level cap it have, hence why people can't believe it, most likely the goddess removed that limit, that is not giving a cheat but removing a handicap.
MC gets his skill appraised later out of curiosity to know the level, it makes the appraiser faint with a nosebleed, is a string of 999999999- that doesn't end.
