Well, I guess it's cemented that there will always be an annoying third wheel. Not a fan of that gag in comics like these. It's annoying whether it's a guy or girl. The comic will be what it wants to be but I'd hoped we would refocus on the main pair finally and allow her character to do something else for a bit.

Goddamn ngl, that's a bitch move from Mika, she's trapping Jeanne in another 50+ chapters of pointlessly chasing after Kyougi. Jesus christ, either let Kyougi experience a Heaven and Hell sandwich with both girls, or let Jeanne have one of her dozens of admirers or LITERALLY anybody else. As of now she only exists to suffer or to interrupt good moments between Kanan and Kyougi

This arc might be endgame. Jeanne is going to get more annoying and angels have some kind of agenda to tear them apart. Kanan is going to have to admit she actually loves him and drop the “devouring his soul” thing.
