I think she's more a Mesugaki (or something) than a Tsundere. Tsunderes get aggressive in a defensive way, they don't go out of their way to humiliate their target. Mesugakis on the other hand, are bratty little shits who live, breathe and eat unprovoked abuse. Also unrelated, but Mesugakis are usually younger-looking than their target, while tsunderes run the entire age spectrum, but then to being on equal apparent ages.

But there's always a market for everything, so many authors tend to give their Mesugakis some Tsundere elements to make them more sympathetic, likeable and "waifu-able". Success not guaranteed.
